Safe-Doc applies a data non-retention principle:
No durable storage of documents.
Immediate deletion after processing.
No user document database.
Data is used only to execute the requested service.
The Service relies on artificial intelligence technologies.
The User acknowledges that:
Outputs may contain errors.
Outputs are provided for informational purposes.
No guarantee of accuracy is given.
Outputs do not constitute professional advice.
The User remains solely responsible for how outputs are used.
Submitted documents remain the exclusive property of the User.

Claims no rights over the content.
Does not reuse documents.
Does not exploit them.
Safe-Doc implements technical measures intended to secure processing.
However, the User acknowledges that no system is completely invulnerable.
Safe-Doc cannot be held liable for:
Errors or omissions in outputs.
The User's use of outputs.
Service interruptions.
Data loss attributable to the User.
The publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure Service availability.
Interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents.
The publisher's liability shall not be engaged in the event of force majeure.
