These Terms of Sale set out the conditions for subscription to, access to and use of paid offers on safe-doc.ai.

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These Terms of Sale define the conditions for subscription to, access to and use of paid offers proposed on safe-doc.ai.

ARTICLE 2 — OFFERS AND PRICING

Offers and features are described on the website:

Prices are indicated in euros and may be changed at any time.

The applicable conditions are those in force on the subscription date.

ARTICLE 3 — SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription is carried out online.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Order validation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.

ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are processed via secure payment service providers.

In this context, safe-doc.ai uses in particular Stripe, provided by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Payment information is processed directly by this provider and is not stored by safe-doc.ai.

The Client accepts that their payment data may be transmitted to this provider for the purpose of processing transactions.

In the event of a payment refusal or incident, safe-doc.ai reserves the right to:
suspend access to the service
or terminate the subscription

ARTICLE 5 — TERM — RENEWAL — CANCELLATION

Subscriptions are entered into for the term indicated at the time of order.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically.

The Client may cancel at any time from their account or according to the methods indicated on the website.

Any started period remains due.

ARTICLE 6 — ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

Access is activated after payment is validated.

safe-doc.ai reserves the right to suspend access in case of breach of the terms, abusive use, or payment default.

ARTICLE 7 — PROFESSIONAL USE

The service is intended for professional use.

The Client acknowledges that AI outputs do not constitute advice, must be verified prior to use, and that the Client remains solely responsible for their decisions.

ARTICLE 8 — DATA — CONFIDENTIALITY

Submitted documents are processed in flow, not retained and not exploited.

safe-doc.ai does not provide persistent storage of data.

The Client remains responsible for the submitted data and for regulatory compliance (including GDPR where applicable).

ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY

SafeDoc’s liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid by the Client over the last 12 months.

Excluded are: loss of business, loss of data, commercial prejudice, and any indirect damages.

ARTICLE 10 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY

safe-doc.ai uses reasonable means to ensure service availability.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical incidents. No guarantee of continuous availability is provided.

ARTICLE 11 — SERVICE CHANGES

safe-doc.ai may evolve its features at any time. Such evolutions do not entitle the Client to any refund.

ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service, its technologies and its content are the exclusive property of safe-doc.ai.

The Client receives only a limited right of use.

ARTICLE 13 — FORCE MAJEURE

The publisher shall not be liable in the event of force majeure.

ARTICLE 14 — CHANGES TO THE TERMS

These Terms of Sale may be modified at any time. New terms apply to subsequent subscriptions.

ARTICLE 15 — GOVERNING LAW — DISPUTES

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
